Analysis of the market of meat products in Ukraine

Meat and meat products are among the main of human diet, which contain essential nutrients, biological, macro microelements that important for full functioning body. Due to significant environmental impact associated with industrial production, combined ever-growing world population, it is investigate current state production industry. The purpose study was determine volumes possibilities certain types in Ukraine, their market share, prospects future, ability provide food industry enterprises raw materials new products. work carried out by analysing scientific, regulatory technical literature, statistical evaluation data, comparing results obtained findings other scientists. analysis indicates decline areas animal husbandry, particular, cattle breeding meat, from beef veal; a decrease number farm animals, namely 23% bovine cattle, 6.9% pigs, 2.4% poultry.
